Here's the latest piece. It's for another show at The Light Galleries in Costa Mesa. The opening reception is actually tonight, so if you're in the area, check it out.

This piece measures in at 10x10. Acrylics on masonite board.

So, you might be asking, "Why the hell did you paint a Sleestak?" I should rephrase that. You might ask that if you know what a Sleestak actually is. The theme of the show is kind of hard to explain. Here's a breakdown of the theme of the show:

Well at least a possible truth.
The Reptilians walk amongst us.

Not only do they walk amongst us, but they practically
control every facet of our daily lives.

"They" are our Government Officials , They are our
Teachers and our Law enforcement.

They have been here
since The serpent first urged Eve to eat from the tree
of knowledge.

They plan to be here well after the
human race is broken down into nothing more than
cattle prepped for the slaughterhouse

Do I buy into the reptile conspiracies? No.

Did I need another excuse to paint a Sleestack? YES!

Anyway, the show should be fun. Besides a bunch of cool art, there will be live painting and live video mixing.
If you're even remotely curious about the reptile thing, read up on some David Icke here. Lots of info. Lots of links. You're brain will melt. Good luck. Just don't shoot the messenger.

Yeah, the detail on the laser cutting blew me away. I'd love to see what a Franklin Booth ink drawing would look like if it was laser cut into wood.
