Tomorrow is G1988's tribute to the fine films of Judd Apatow. I did the above tribute to the 40 Year Old Virgin flick. I hadn't watched it since it came out and re-watched it for ideas. I forgot how damn funny that movie was, and still is.
The painting is based on the joke about "puttin it on a pedestal." The other elements are taken from the stuff in Andy's house like the Asia poster (check it out here at 2:06)
Speaking of the Asia album cover, if you're not familiar with the artist that did it, Roger Dean, go check out his work. He was doing images that looked like the world from Avatar, before James Cameron even conceived of that movie.
